How to Use those Stars Patterns

First load those Patterns in Photoshop, just double click on the .pat file.

You’ve got two techniques to use patterns in Photoshop, the first is to add a Pattern Overlay layer style on a layer.

The second technique is to create a Pattern Fill, Layer – New Fill Layer – Pattern, this way you can directly modify the parameters of the pattern in the layer panel.
